Flower Valley is centrally located in Rockville, MD in the heart of Montgomery County, a suburb of Washington DC.  The 20853 community itself had its beginnings as an old family farm that the Yeonas Brothers began building upon in 1965.  The local builder built 692 single-family homes and were one of the first builders to begin adding private baths off the master bedrooms.  The community is filled with tree and flower named streets and cul-de-sacs that add to the feeling of serenity for the community.

Only a few short years ago, even Real Estate Agents did not know what a short sale was!  My, how things have changed...
